Centenary of Arturo Ferrarin's Rome-Tokyo Flight
On Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 October 2021, the closing ceremony for the centenary of Arturo Ferrarin's historic enterprise took place at the Thiene Airport: the Rome-Tokyo flight departing on February 14 and arriving on May 31, 1920.
This flight turns out to be an enterprise that has remained in the annals of international aviation, in times when airplanes were a combination of engine, wood and canvas and the route was held with maps and compasses.
The event ended with the performance of the Frecce Tricolori.
7000 Bericoplast chairs mod. Helene were used for the preparation of this important event.
